The stay was very staisfying. The service was briliant. I love the way reception staff greet the customers with their well manner behavior. The guy handling the luggage for customers was very hard working and kind. Overall experience was great. Would love to visit again

The location is very convenient, and we only tried the breakfast—it was good. A few things to keep in mind when booking this hotel: 1. Club entry is chargeable even for hotel guests—₹1000 per person. 2. The "windows" shown in photos are not actual openable or see-through windows. They're just glass panels, so the property essentially has no open windows. That said, the staff is extremely polite and helpful—service and hospitality deserve a solid 5/5.

Rooms were good,Club was best But room service and maintenance was pathetic.Seems like they are more interested in organising and managing club & bar than hotel rooms.Bathing water was impure and smelly.whole bathroom was stinking, and even when complained about dirty bath tub and asked for cleaning they were too slow that even after checkout still nobody has came to respond.But they are quick in informing about checkout time half an hour ago!Will not recommend to stay as service and amenities doesnot justifies price!

The stay was not good. There are pros and cons which I would like to mention PROS - room size is good. The food taste is good. They have lot of variety in breakfast buffet CONS - Receptionist is very unprofessional. If you stay for more than 1 day, they will not clean the room for 2nd day. There is club at top floor and sound of DJ will disturb you whole night even if your floor is on first floor. Don't take room on second floor, you will not be ble to sleep. They will only allow some key guest to park vehicle inside hotel and for rest of guest, you have to park on a plot full of sand. Last but not the least, I will again highlight receptionist behaviour. She is so arrogant thay she will not even reply to your concerns. Such unprofessional behaviour is not even expected from 2 star hotel

Hotel staff are only interested in restaurant business so rooms are not clean, even not provide drinking water in rooms, Television are not working and not even single person can interested to resolve issues. Also you are not allowed in their roof top restaurant which photos they provide.
