The hotel under maintenance with wet corridors not enough staff to clear the dustbin clean the lift and common spaces visitors lobby toilets used by the working labourers the sheets are dirty toilets had no tissues

The hotel is centrally located, room was nice and clea. It's more like a self service hotel. The towels were dirty and torn

Booking procedure was very convenient and helped us navigate properly. Location was prime, not too far from main campus but not too close such that it is noisy. Room service was very responsive and fast.

It is a business class hotel with all the amenities and now they don't have breakfast and this is located in the prime area of udupi. We stayed with family the experience was nice
