Review: 4/5 I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—centrally located, making it easy to explore the surrounding attractions and enjoy nearby dining options. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The bed was especially cozy, which made for a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the little touches, such as complimentary bottled water and toiletries. However, the room felt a bit dated, and the air conditioning took a while to cool the space effectively. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of local and international dishes. The dining staff were attentive, making sure everything was well-stocked. I just wish the coffee could have been better—it felt a little weak compared to what I expected. The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained, but the pool area got quite crowded during peak hours. A larger pool or more seating would have been ideal. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and I would recommend [Hotel Name] to others. With a few small improvements, this could easily become a 5-star experience!

Located strategically at sam ratulangi street. The staffs are not well trained, the reception doesn’t even know the meaning of TWIN BED that I had to argue with him? Showers are not properly functioning. Breakfast was quite ok… There’s always at least one miscommunication between me and the reception staff on every each day, such a draining experience to stay at this hotel especially when you’re on vacation.
