aircond tak berfungsi dgn baik, bunyi bising. tak service. condition shower very poor. hotel tiada kunci pendua. saya tertinggal kunci dalam bilik dan kena tunggu 3 jam utk hotel buka semula pintu bilik. not very recommended but reasonable for the price.

not bad at all but not very good. simple nice hotel with basic things for ur stay. bed OK, aircond OK, toilet OK, water pressure GREAT, tv channels SUPER BASIC, no lift so better ask for down to earh room. staff was helpful n friendly. location.? if wanna go to lost world of tambun, this hotel is a great choice. overall, with this price, the location, u really cant ask for more.

The room was spacious, with fresh towels and linen provided. The hotel is equipped with a water dispenser and ironing board, which was a bonus. Staff were very helpful and friendly. For the price, it’s great value for money, I really can’t fault it. Definitely will stay again. Thank you!

Unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by the lack of cleanliness in the room. The floors were not properly vacuumed, and I noticed dust on the furniture. The bathroom had some mildew in the shower, which was disappointing. Although the staff were polite and tried to assist, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. I hope the hotel addresses these issues for future guests.

Sangat berpuas Hati..bilik bersih, location pn terbaik dekat dengan lost world of tambun...tempat makan pn banyak facility terbaik..next 永安 must repeat again and very recommend hotel.. hood hotel friendly staf...saya bagi 5 star..good job 👍😊.. destinasi pilihan berdekatan Johan steamboat and shellout with shabu shabu.. pasar malam gerbang malam ... And hospital kpj..

staffs are helpful and friendly , room is spacious , yoilet is clean. someone want to go tambun for any purpose can book this hotel , recommended , easy access to foods .and near to buddhist temple and KPJ specialist or pantai hospital
