The family room was huge and spacious. All basic necessities are present. Breakfast and dinner are provided and they are not bad for the amount paid. Parking must be made known to the hotel in advance to reserve a parking lot in the garage. If not, roadside parking and a sheltered carpark is just beside the hotel. A Max burger joint is just nearby and the main shopping street is within a 10min walk.

Check-in was easy and the room was comfortable for 3 person. Breakfast spread was reasonable and good. Walking distance from the train station. I would like to give compliment to 永安 customer service staff, Ms Kate for the prompt response when we were facing issues checking into our initial booking @ YMCA. We booked YMCA for a night, and the booking was confirmed. When we reached, we had no access into the building. I didn't receive any instructions on how to access into the building and what needed to be done for the check-in. Contacted customer service from 永安 and Kate was handling the case. She tried calling YMCA but unable to reach any of their staff. Immediately she cancelled our booking and rebooked a near-by hotel (First Hotel Dragonen) for us. She also gave the hotel receptionist name to ensure we faced no further issues. Thank you very much, Kate!
