曼特拉赫維灣酒店 (Mantra Hervey Bay)

Dear Management, I am writing to formally complain about the condition of my room during my recent stay at your property. I was shocked and horrified to find the shower area covered with hair from previous guests, including hair stuck to the shower wall and scattered on the floor. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and room cleaning standards. In addition, the kettle provided in the room was covered in dust, indicating that the room had not been properly cleaned prior to my arrival. For the price I paid, this level of cleanliness is far below what is expected from a Mantra hotel and does not reflect the standard advertised. I did not feel comfortable using the bathroom facilities, and this significantly impacted my stay. I am extremely disappointed and not happy with this experience. I request that this matter be taken seriously and would appreciate an explanation, along with appropriate compensation or a refund for the inconvenience and distress caused. Good location for my husband who had a job to do at the Marina. Friendly staff. Convenient free, secure parking. Restaurants within short walking distance and not too far to walk to beach and Urangan Pier.

就在碼頭就在碼頭！看鯨的首選住宿。就是酒店有點年代，房間很小。周圍沒什麼設施。坐船這裏方便的。就是離布里斯本比較遠。

The location is good. And the customer service of the receptionists are awesome, gave us a big smiles and very responsive.
