和洋式房，禁煙（"Orikara"-Hot Spring Included-Children Under Elementary School Age Not Allowed [Japanese-Western Room] [Non-Smoking] [View Of The Cherry Blossoms]）
We drove 1.5 hours from Hakata to this hotel, quick far away. The osen hotel is pretty large and have public and private osen bath to choose from.
Originally we booked the room with hot spring both but have been checked into a different room with a separate bath tub only. The hotel insisted this is the same room type and need to charge additional charge to upgrade to the better room that can have a separate hot spring bath.
I called 永安 and they admitted that there is some confusion on the room type and has agreed to pay for the extra charge to upgrade to the better room.
So finally we paid the upgrade charge and moved to the better room with the hot spring bath. So overall it was still a very good experience. Thanks for 永安’s commitment to get the customer a better experience.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

엄청좋은 료칸 객실내 노천탕과 실내온천도 이용할수있는곳우로 예약해서 기분좋게 언제나 편하게 프라이빗한 온천을 즐겼습니다 대욕장과 개인탕도 있어서 많은 온천욕을 했습니다 식사도 엄청 잘나와서 맛있게먹었어요 대중교통을 이용하시면 좀 멀수도있으나 모든면에서 최고였습니다
