Our stay at Simurg Cave House Hotel was the best stay so far in our 12 day road 永安 around Cappadocia. What made it so special was the staff, and in particular Bursa! Her English was brilliant (our Turkish is nonexistent) and she told us of things to do, places to visit, etc. She really pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a relaxing pleasant stay. She even helped us with our next accommodation stay due to a technical problem we were having. The breakfast was phenomenal and we felt full until dinner. The rooms are beautiful and extremely quiet do we got a great nights sleep. A quiet room is a priority for me! On our arrival at the hotel there was a lot of noisy construction work going on and Bursa dealt with it so we could get some rest after our long journey. It would have been nice if there hadn't been any construction work going on but we understand improvements have to be done sometime! The only thing I'd suggest to the hotel is that they spruce up the rooms when the guests go out for the day. For example, there is a coffee machine in the room but we were never given more coffee or clean cups, and we stayed 3 nights. But other than that, the stay was perfect and we'd definitely return again! And we hope the lovely Bursa is there to greet us. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for everything you did to make our stay so great.

The hotel is aesthetic. Even though the location is a bit away from the centre, I still choose to stay here. I like how helpful the staff are, and they helped me with activity booking. The breakfast is amazing. Overall, I will choose to stay here again.

Une merveille au delà de nos attentes de l'accueil au petit déjeuner les chambres sont magnifiques le personnels Mr Ali qui est d'une bienveillance et d'un accueil hors normes Bouchra un petit rayon de soleil très à l'écoute et qui se souci de la satisfaction client Merci au patron des Lieux pour d'avoir veillé sur notres bien-être et nôtres confort Merci pour chaque moment nous sommes tristes de partir et nous reviendrons avec plaisir

This was by far one of the best hotel that we have ever stayed at. The room was stylish and beautifully designed which was complimented by some scents to keep the room smelling great. We were welcomed with great hospitality and the front desk spoke English which made the check in process smooth. The hotel is situated on a hill so watching the sunset with a panoramic view on their rooftop was a great way to end the night. In the morning, we woke up to an exceptional Turkish breakfast prepared in house. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an affordable option in the cappadocia area.
