I had a wonderful stay at this property—it's perfect for both family vacations and official visits. The location is excellent, making it convenient for travel and exploration. Most of the rooms offer a beautiful garden view, which adds a peaceful and refreshing touch to the stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that would appeal to anyone. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

The quality and cleanliness of the room are not up to the mark. It looked old. Mosquitoes are everywhere in the room and in the hotel as well. Charges of the foods are very high as per the quality of the food.

The service of these people was very bad. After telling them three-four times, they were doing one thing or the other. These people did not even have dormers in the bathroom. After telling them so many times, they changed the room for me and the room was so bad that at one place the ceiling had come off and the paint had peeled off. The moisturizers inside these people's washrooms were also expired and were smelling very dirty and this! people's bathroom! was very bad

I recently stayed at kabir and was thoroughly disappointed with the service. The reception staff lacked basic professionalism and courtesy. When I requested a GST invoice, they outright declined without any valid reason. The same happened when I asked for a food voucher—another denial, with no explanation or even a simple apology. The attitude of the staff was unwelcoming, and their approach to customer service was far from what one would expect from a hospitality establishment. A little politeness and willingness to assist guests go a long way, but unfortunately, that was missing here. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you value good service and a hassle-free stay. There are plenty of better options with staff who actually understand customer service.
