Disappointing Breakfast Experience: The breakfast spread was very poor, with no variety in non-vegetarian options—only eggs were served. It felt like the breakfast was tailored solely for a marriage party staying at the hotel, leaving regular guests with limited choices. Overall, a very underwhelming experience. I will not be staying here again.

Our experience at this hotel was exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast was absolutely delicious—truly a treat every morning. The team at Pinxx Cafe impressed us with their prompt service and warm hospitality. The chefs deserve a special mention for their speed and culinary talent. The live kitchen added a special touch, like the cherry on top of a wonderful stay. The overall service made us feel nothing short of royalty—completely in line with the hotel’s name. We were so impressed that we chose to stay here repeatedly throughout our time in India. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great food, and outstanding service.
