The rooms were comfortable, with basic amenities like air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi. *Services:* The staff were friendly and helpful, although there were a few instances where they seemed a bit disorganized. Overall, I would recommend Vagator Downtown to travelers looking for a no-frills, comfortable stay in a convenient location. While it may not be a luxury resort, it offers good value for the price.

We had a very good experience with this hotel. We stayed for 2 days, and it's near the vagator beach one of the good beaches. They greet and treat as well

Worst worst worst! Location is okay but services and amenities are not there! Terrible service! No space for cars parking! Water was leaking from bathroom doors. They legit was charging us 300 rs for using the hand towel because they did not give us the doormat outside washroom

the staff was very courteous and helping… some basic things were missing … dental kits were not provided, gels soap , toiletries were just sufficient for one person in a 永安le occupancy room, no space for chairs and table in room , balcony was very dirty with bird droppings, very small bathroom with no space to keep tooth brush soaps etc, no place to hang cloths , no phone card in room which says reception, room service number, no menu card in room for in room dining , pool with open bar which is not good for families and kids

Value for money, the property is located at a good location and is well connected to roads. The staff is polite, quick, efficient and supportive. The rooms are quite spacious and well done up, the best part is the swimming pool on the roof top.
