Hotel muy bien ubicado, el personal de recepción y de cafetería muy atentos y muy agradables. Limpieza, le he dado un 4, por no poner un 3, hay muchos detalles que se pueden mejorar, una toalla de mano con restos de pinta labios, pedimos unas bebidas al servicio de habitaciones y al día siguiente, al limpiar la habitación, allí estaban los vasos, las aceitunas, sin llevárselas. El baño también se puede limpiar mejor. En la plaza reservada en la puerta del hotel para bajar las maletas, el viernes estwba ocupado por un vehículo propiedad de algún responsable del hotel y el lunes al salir, el mismo vehículo ocupando la plaza. Se lo dije a la chica de recepción y se encogió de hombros.

El personal fue genial. El único problema era el mal olor en el pasillo de la quinta planta que entraba en las habitaciónes (o al reves ya que olia mal tambien dentro) tuvimos que abrir las ventanas y tal. La limpieza tampoco fue bien pero bueno hemos sobrevivido.

位置好，步行可以到市中心和中國城。免費迷你酒吧，房間新裝修的，床品設施都不錯，員工熱情周到，有歡迎飲品。唯一不足就是房間太小，一個人住還行。

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This stay was booked for my lovely father, and he was over the moon with compliments for his stay. Everything from his arrival, and sincere welcome from the hotel staff to attention to details on the room -he absolutely loved it! Thank you for making his stay so warm, friendly and memorable.

The room is very nice and clean. It is on the small side so I recommend it for singles or couples not carrying too many bags. They had a few amenities, and made a point to say that if you needed anything else, you could call to ask. Location: not in the middle of the touristy area, but takes 10-20 mins by walk to get to them, depending on where youre going. Also located next to bus stops. I like not being in the touristy areas so there is some quiet at night, so I liked the location.
