乾淨衞生，熱情周到。走的時候房主送我到門口，很熱情。

I had the impression that I would have attached bathroom, but ended up it was a shared bathroom. The host was very nice and friendly and helped me to solve some issues during my stay. Maybe they need to state it clearer next time.

Stanly is a generous, kind person. Great service, Great location, wonderful time :)

非常值！可惜那天太累了，進房間就自閉睡覺了，到的時候房東剛接完孩子回來，該下樓坐會的，離地鐵也不遠，居民區裏很安靜，很好👍

they physical stay was comfortable mostly, but the host doesn't keep track of bookings it seems. I had to call one day before checking in to have the passcode to self check in. when arrived, someone was occupying the room promised to me. I had to call the host again asking about it. I was directed to a room upstairs, then i had to make yet another call to host to ask why the air conditioning wasn't working (it's still summer). I was told the air conditioning has been acting up lately, but i wasn't told about it before checking i and wasn't offered any compensation or informed of when it will be fixed. Afternoon was stuffy but night time was cool enough to sleep. When i was in the room, someone knocked on the door trying to confirm which guest i was with the host on the host on the phone on loud speaker. Through it all, I was worried that the room might be double booked and left without a place to stay. Cleanliness wise was ok, just one thing was missed. when i lifted the toilet seat, there were urine stains. i suppose the caretaker only wiped the toilet seat and moved on. I've never written any bad review before, but felt a need here to to caution other travelers.

홈스테이이지만 가격에 비해 시설도 빈약하고 특히 방문ㅇㄷㄹ 잠그는 열쇠도 없었습니다. 또한 숙소 위치가 뒤늦게 변경되어 다른 장소에서 헤매는 등 불편이 많았습니다! 다만 위치가 공항에서 다운타운 가는 Canada line 지하철 역 근처에 있어서 편리했습니다!

We had a lovely experience at Sunward Coast Westside Homestay. The home was clean, cozy, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The homeowner was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We truly appreciated their understanding and kindness in allowing us a late check-out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and homely stay in Vancouver!

Stanley is a friendly person. The house is reasonably clean but we wish to have two towels in a room than one. The kitchen has adequate space and utensils being shared with other guests. Nonetheless there is only one bathroom shared with all other guests. It is reasonably clean.

交通便利，去超市、地鐵站和巴士站步行可以到達，生活方便。房間較大，住客可以使用廚房的設施，老闆態度友善，總體上感覺不錯。

民宿位置不錯，離地鐵站、公交站步行都在10分鐘之內，交通便利，地鐵站內買compass充值卡或一次性紙卡，市內暢通無阻。房間乾淨整潔，廚具調料一應俱全，炒菜做飯很方便。房東服務熱情周到，住得久搞不好還有本地優質水果免費吃哦。
