温哥華市中心格蘭德公園酒店及套房-Ascend酒店 (Grand Park Hotel & Suites Downtown Vancouver, Ascend Hotel Collection)

帶一歲小孩搭了11個半小時的飛機到温哥華出遊， ㄧ個月前訂住宿已經寄信要求嬰兒床，飯店客服人員信件回覆說會提供，結果當天晚上到現場check in 只說一句sorry ,其他客人用了，現在沒有嬰兒床，明天才有， 真的非常失望這樣的體驗

Gentleman behind the desk barely acknowledged us, an seemed to be annoyed that he had to help us at all. Also our room absolutely stank of mildew and garlic weirdest combination of smells. This hotel is way too overpriced for the quality of stay you get here.

Ya me había hospedado hace 8 años y el hotel estaba muy bien pero esta vez ya lo vi totalmente descuidado sin ninguna renovación, ya se ve viejo, los contactos de luz no servían, la cama hacía ruido, las almohadas nada cómodas, fue una decepción:(

Great location. Gentle staff. This hotel has known better times. Our humidity smelling room and noise air conditioning machine made the stay less pleasant. If you stay one night this may be a great spot but for a longer time you can choose others. Needs renovation or at least better maintenance.

위치-다운타운에 위치해 있어서 좋으면서도 길거리에 위험한 사람도 많아서 치안이 불안함 시설-매우 낡음, 냉장고는 시시때때로 윙~소리가나고 방음도 안돼서 옆방이나 위층에서 의자끄는소리 문밖의 대화소리 창문너머 차소리 오토바이소리. 전체적으로 시설이 너무 오래됨 청소-4박중 하루 청소 해 주었으나 청소가 미흡. 이물질이 묻은 수건 그대로 걸려 있음. 알수없는 냄새가 은근히 지속됨 다운타운에 위치한 호텔이 다 이런건지 모르겠지만 추천하고 싶지 않음

I’ve stayed here twice now and would highly recommend it. Great location, comfy beds, very clean and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant attached does amazing zucchini chips. Also, a beautiful rooftop and gym!

The room was very quiet and we were nezt to the elevator and ice machine. The shower had great pressure and the water was very hot. The employees were very friendly and helpful.  The location was perfect. We booked late and got lucky getting a great location texperieVanVancouver.

Very nice place to stay, only downside to it is you have to pay for parking separately.

Don't consider this hotel if you have a car. Under the current road construction in front of the hotel (Drake) it's extremely difficult to get to the hotel by car. There's also construction at the rear of the hotel which removes another access point to the property. Currently it's all one-way access to the hotel; not sure what it was like before the road construction as I never used this hotel before. If you aren't familiar with downtown Vancouver driving, it'll be quite a challenge if you missed your turn and have to circle back to retry again. You may end up on a bridge going south if not careful during your second attempt (left on Howe). The hotel also charges what I consider exorbitant parking fees. $35 per day parking fees, for which the pricing wasn't noted in 永安's posting for this hotel (probably would scare away any potential guests with a car). We ended up paying an additional $150 on top of the ~$350 for the 3 days. This was charged at checkout. What a nasty surprise! That's over 40%extra! The front desk folks apparently added this to my paperwork (which you sign when they take your $200 deposit). At checkout time the manager explained to me that the front-desk folks always explicitly asked the guest if they wanted this onsite underground parking. I don't recall this question being asked at all but I still paid the fees. The Indian manager there was rather cavalier about the entire situation and didn't offer any resolution. It's one of the reasons I'm posting this review,. I want future customers to be fully aware of this issue. (BTW, because of the location of the hotel, this is a mandatory requirement if you drive a car. I didn't know this before, but the hotel has homeless people living around the area so finding public parking and then feeling secure about the vehicle will be challenging..) Based on the above bad experiences I really can't recommend this hotel. I'll have to resolve this with C永安 after the fact. My experience with C永安 is that C永安 has always been great at rectifying consumer injustices like this in the past.
