友人4人と宿泊しました。 ダウンタウンに面しておりアクセスはとてもよく、 上のフロアだったため、外の音も気になりませんでした。 スタッフの方も日本語を話せる方もいて安心感がありました。 部屋の広さは狹かったです。4人だったこともあり、キャリーケースを開けるのが難しかったです。 寢る場所によってはエアコンの風が直に當たるので、乾燥して喉を痛めないように注意してください。

酒店位置很好，晚上比較嘈雜，內部裝修一般般，房間設施較差，價格還算可以，房間也比較小，如果大部分時間都不在酒店還行，要不然酒店太小了

When we arrive, it was really strange because the hotel and entrance is really tiny and there is a step that need to bring up the luggage to the lobby. Staff a really friendly and helpful. Hotel is really the small. There is only one elevator so sometimes you have to wait for a while. The bathroom is quite nice and easy access to the living room, which is a bar.

within 10 mins to skytrain station. some nice restaurant around the area. Helpful and friendly staffs. included welcome drink and a little box of festive dessert.

房間有點小。酒店周邊看起來不是太安全，不適合帶小孩的家庭入住。入住時櫃枱人員本想對入住小孩額外收費，説永安衹顯示2個大人入住而沒另外人員。

The hotel appears newly renovated, it is quite clean but the room is a bit small. Ordered for a king size bed but given 2 large king size beds, hence there is no desk if you want to eat and drink in the room. The location is very good at downtown city center, close by to train stations and public transport. It is within a walking distance to waterfront and Yaletown. Receptionist service staff are quite friendly, especially Priscilla, she has been very good for letting me early check in at 8.30 AM. I was also allowed for a late check out at 12PM. I would recommend this hotel for anybody whilst in Vancouver.

Recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a an okay experience. The room, while smaller than expected, was cozy and intimate with a modern twist with the decor. However, it was noted that some areas in the room could have been cleaner (i.e. washroom etc.) and the air conditioning was slightly noisy. On the positive side, the hotel's ambiance was generally inviting, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, it was a reasonable stay with some positive aspects but also room for improvement.
