The bed is comfortable, the shower is hot and the room had a great view. The included breakfast isn’t worth paying for and the wifi wasn’t reliable

Scammers… We borrowed a scooter from the hotel. We didn’t sign any contract. They just took my passport. During the rain, we fell and the scooter got some scratches (see attached photo). Everything was working perfectly but the plastic was damaged. We told the hotel when we arrived and we knew we had to pay and we were willing to. The shop owning the scooter announced 135$ for the plastics in front of the owners of the hotel that did not try to defend us or fix a reasonable price. We eventually paid and divided the price by 2, knowing that it was still largely overpriced. Judging by the scratches, they would not even repair it. But, as I said, without any help from the hotel that probably got some money from it. I highly recommend you to not take this hotel for your stay. The sincerity of the staff is absent

Good location, near everything, nice swimming pool. Friendly staff and tasty coffee. Only the breakfast is a let down as it is very small and narrow choice. All together it is worth it.

綺麗な宿でアクセスも良く、値段もリーズナブルで良いホステルでした。プールも付いていて価値がありました。 バンビエンに行った際にはまた泊まりたいと思える宿でした。

地點很棒走出來就是主街，前台的服務很好，不過提供的旅遊團價格會比較高一些。 頂樓可以看到很棒的風景，就是床鋪有些髒的斑點，建議還是更新吧，不過這個價格，要什麼自行車。

2시에 들어갔는데 청소중이라고 짐 맡기고 한시간후 오라함. 3시에 들어가니 두팀이 방 더러워서 못있겠다. 환불해달라함 다행이 내 도미토리 하루 그냥 개기고 나옴

absolutely horrendous stay and the staff were super rude and unhelpful. they didn’t inform guests of their air con policies (only open from 7PM-7AM) before booking or when checking in and they repeatedly turned off the AC even during those hours. their customer service was actually horrible and the rooms were really run down and dirty. you also can’t turn on the lights in the common corridor where the toilets are so you have to do your business in the dark. would never stay here again & highly encourage you to avoid this hotel! there are way better options in the city

이근처 숙소는 다 수영장이 있는듯. 나는 이용하지않았지만,방문객들 입장에서는 메리트👍 영어 잘하는 리셉션들. 어르신들의 청소와 반가운 인사. 느낌이 좋은 곳이였다. 마지막에 디포짓을 돌려받는과정에서, 전근무자에 전달받았을텐데 전근무자에게 통화로 재차 확인. 돈을 돌려주는 과정에서 본인은 실수라지만 확인 잘안하는 사람들은 조심해야할듯.
