don't book through makemy永安, they are charging much higher than hotel own charges, don't be foolish

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with my experience. The room was not hygienic and dirty upon arrival. The toilet was unclean, and I had to call room service to have it cleaned. Towels were not provided initially, and I had to request them. Additionally, the telephone in the room was unavailable, forcing us to run down to the reception for any room-related issues. The shower pressure was low, making it an uncomfortable experience. The hotel bar shop sold juice boxes at outrageously high prices. The play area in the compound looked old, shabby, and dusty. We didn't try the food, so I can't comment on that. Overall, the hotel didn't meet expectations, especially considering the price. The services should have been much better, focusing on basic cleanliness and maintenance.

food is quite good, they have maintained cleanliness & hygiene, one thing I don't like is that, there were no one there on reception, we have called multiple times no one was answering, they surely need to change their door looks as key card are not working properly, we was stuck for an hour, Waiting in lobby for our doors to be open.

The hotel was excellent, offering three different restaurants for dining. Overall, the stay was very comfortable.

Food and service are poor. They take a long time to serve the food and the taste is not so wow. Full staff was not available. The swimming pool and rooms were good.

Property is nice big and almost 10km away from beach areas. These guys are new in hospitality but heads off to their manager rohan. He was very kind and managed/fixed some of unprofesonalism of the management. Shortage of breakfast and delivery of tea with single cup covered with cheap plastic cover.
