The property is not maintained properly there was not water in the canal cycles are there but there was no aur in types the activity zone was dirty food was too much costly kids playing area was too much dirty and no rides were properly working they had given soap to wash hands in washroom wifi was very very weak wall papers were torned

I booked this resort mistakenly and when i asjed to cancel. The booking the owner of the resort was very rude

We had expected many things about this resort but nothing was proper in this resort water in the canal was missing wallpapers in the room were torned tyres in the cycles kelp for riding were not having air food is too much costly resort has many good things but the new manager has not maintained anything properly

The resort looks like an isolated place. The canal touch resort doesn't have water in the canal. Swimming pool water had an oil layer on it. In the room number 8, water leakage in flush tank and spray. Broken bed. There is no volume in tv for the majority of the time, sometimes it comes. No telephone in the room for room service. Dusty chairs and table in the balcony. So many stray dogs in the premises and keep barking overnight. Frequently disconnected electricity. Nothing like 3 stars hotel property. The food was so nice. That's the only plus point for the resort.

The review is about hygiene, wash rooms have really bad smell, because of canal i guess. They should clean the canal to maintain the decorum of the property. There are also mosquitos due to unhygienic canal cleanliness.
