Everything was good, easy to access tourist spots. The only thing I want them to improve is to put more ammenities, brush was not there, shampoo and conditioner was not there. Overall it was good.

The hotel is in a small lane. The reception *** is not customer friendly, we had to wait for 2 hours to check into our room. The flush of my room was not working even after I complained. There were white stains on the cushion covers. Average hotel and rude reception ***.

reasonable price to staying at Varanasi , easy access by car directly. New building to start hotel biz however it means some lacks of customer treating skill and facilities, as like kettle, hair dryer and bath amenites something and late-opening restaurant for breakfast serving. However very kind staff, Mr. Rahaul has a sincere attitude to showing guest.
