Comfortable and nice stay , location is on the heart of the city . Breakfast menu can be more better but whatever offered having great taste . Staff was very polite and helpful . Overall it is a good experience. Love to being there again . Few Feedforward for Hotel Management. 1. Center Fountain should be in working mode . 2. AC on the first floor must be placed on the roof rather than in lobby as children might touch the same & get the shocked .

Nice stay experience. Very friendly staff , clean rooms. Hotel Restaurant serves very testy food. Location of the hotel is suitable for Ganga Snan and also for Baba Vishwanath darshan.

The location of the hotel is good. It is located in Hathwa market area. You can get transport to visit all the tourist attractions from here. The hotel interiors, common area, lobby, and passages are very nice with a heritage touch. The room interiors are okay, but the size could have been better. We stayed at room No. 1010 and 1008. The rooms are a bit suffocated, especially 1010. Toilets are clean with good fixtures. However, the bathing area could have been well managed by segregating dry, semi-dry, and wet zones. Dental kit and liquid soap dispenser should have been provided. The dining area is very nice with a variety of food options. The dining staff are very polite. Though, the housekeeping staff seem to be more eager to grab the tips just simply by carrying your luggage. Overall, stay was pleasant and enjoyable for us.

My car 永安 to varanasi, from siliguri my wife and myself set for varanasi on 24th dec 2024. We reached very late at night, 10. 30 pm on 25th dec, While we were on our way to varanasi, one of my friend's friend, booked the hotel for us. He was out of town, we lost our way twice within varanasi, then somehow we were able to reach our hotel, even though driving my car through that mad rush of people, cars, e-riksaw, and thousands of people even at that time, it was nightmare. For varanasi, it was just a busy normal night. Last kilometer to the hotel was almost empty, with the help of local people, we reached our hotel. We were ushered into room 1005, at ground floor. Next day, we came to know that room 1005 was a suite room. As they didn't have any standard room at the time of my friend did, they had allotted suite room at the cost of standard room. Room 1005- room was grand, with drawing room with complete set of sofa sets and big screen tv (even though we don't watch tv for the last 2-3 years, and a grand bed room, with very cosy bed, wardrobe, and a very big attached bathroom with bath tub, geyser etc. With toiletries set. And of course, air conditioning. The hotel has its own restaurant and also has a food court within the complex, just opposite of the entrance. The hotel is a heritage hotel, with renovated palace rooms, with old furniture, photographs, on display. The complex is very large, very large car parking place, where at least 20 cars, tempo travellers etc can park comfortably. On the back side, there is a large ground for marriage functions etc. For food options, you can choose between no food, or buffet breakfast. We extended our stay for another 2 days, to see areas of varanasi. For 1st day, we had to pay for breakfast as it was not included, but, for next 2 days we asked them for breakfast included. The buffet breakfast everyday was excellent, with options of fresh fruits (sweet papaya, idli with sambar and chutney, poori sabzi/chhole bhature, upma, bread toast with butter and jam and tea, coffee. For all days, as we had snacks outside, hardly we could eat at dinner in house. Whatever we ate, the food was excellent. The hotel is very popular with mostly large groups of aged people from south india, gujrat, bengalis. This hotel is away from main road, so, absolute silence at night, even at day time. Room 5/5 hospitality 5/5 food 5/5 this is going to my future stay in varanasi. Highly recommended. Rates are reasonable. Even if you take your own car, it is better advisable to park your car at the hotel and take local manual ricksaws, e-ricksaw (toto) or auto. Even though, to reach any of the temple, that's etc, one has to walk at least 500 meters one way. At this time, there are lakhs of people at varanasi, round the clock. One has to see the crowd to believe it. And finding such a good hotel, courtesy of my friend's friend, it was a very nice experience. Highly recommended for a relaxed holiday

Experience was really good house keeping service at day time is good but for evening & night it needs to be improved we keep on calling nobody is there to help. Food is also good

Welcoming staff but needs significant improvement on cleanliness, nice location, it took sometime to find the hotel location
