普拉巴特酒店 (Hotel Prabhat)

Personnel attentionné. La chambre est propre offre un confort correcte avec toute les commodités . Internet-air climatise- ventilateur. Cependant pas d'équipement comme cafetière ou thé. Disons que les standards en Indes ne sont pas les mêmes qu'en Europe ou au Canada .Un 3 étoiles équivale 2 étoiles ou un 4 en vaut tellement 3 . Au final j ai apprécié mon séjour quand même.

El facil llegar a este lugar desde la estacion de trenes, el personal fue amable aunque no muy diligente en hacer cosas a menos que las solicites. Como mayoria de hoteles tienen un problema con la limpieza que no es adecuada, aunque si solicitas limpiar de nuevo cuando llegas "lo haran". En general estadia regular.

Rooms were not ready when we checked in. Linens, pillowcases had stains. Door in a bathroom had mashrooms. After spending time fixing the rooms, the stay was quite comfortable.

The location of hotel is terrible. the cleanliness around the hotel is pathetic and even hot is unhygienic.Don't ever spend more on breakfast . The rooms and toilet are very small and no ventilation. there is smell all over the places near hotel and inside it.

It's a reliable, honest, safe, value-for-money, well-equipped and family-run hotel situated close to the Varanasi Junction railway station. This hotel was one reason our long tour started well and ended well. Below are the many pros and few minor cons of this place. PROs: Decent, helpful & professional staff: Everybody, from the owner to the staff, all were very polite, sincere and helpful. They called us a day prior, early checking is allowed if rooms available, they let you keep your luggage for a while after checkout if trains are late, etc. Good location: This hotel is hardly 500m straight from Varanasi station entrance. Proximity to station helps you catch train at any time. Facilities: The hotel offers a nice in-house restaurant, lift, warm water, wi-fi, clean rooms, warm water, fire-alarms, room service, toiletries etc. Affordable: The hotel is quite fairly-priced based for their services and location. CONs: Parking: Actually the hotel is situated approx. 50m in a narrow lane/gully (the gully between "Hotel Gautam Grand" and "Hotel Raj Kamal Palace"). It was no problem for us, but check with owner beforehand if you are coming by own 4-wheeler.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The rooms were extremely small and had an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the buffet breakfast was not up to standard. There was no proper buffet available, and the food that was provided was cold and unappetizing. I would advise future guests not to rely on the ratings provided by other guests, as my experience was far from satisfactory. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and i would not recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at hotel prabhat in varanasi and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The breakfast was disappointing, and the overall service was slow and not up to the mark. Even basic requests like tea took multiple calls to get fulfilled, which was frustrating. Another downside was the hotel's location; it’s quite difficult to find as it’s tucked away inside a narrow lane. Considering the mm t valued stay, i expected better service and a more accessible location. Overall, it was not the experience i had hoped for, and i’d recommend the hotel reassess its service quality.

エアコンが潰れていたりお湯が出なかったり 色々トラブルがありました。

インドの中では割と綺麗なホテルでした。ホテル內のレストラン？みたいなスペースで食事ができます。泡の立たないシャンプーが入った小さなボトルと、歯ブラシとくしが貰えました。蚊が結構いたので、部屋の窓は開けず、必ず長袖長ズボンで寢たほうがいいです。
