one of the pathetic 永安 I had ever in life. Hotel is completely different what I saw I had made the booking one month ago, booked 5 rooms, made 100% adv payment and when checked in at the hotel at 3 pm, they informed that 1 room is available at 3rd floor, 2 at 2nd floor and 2 at 4th floor, we can't provide 5 rooms on same floor, at 3 pm they started cleaning of the rooms. in the hotel amenities, you have provided n numbers of facilities but room was far different kindly take this seriously, looking forward to your response.

Earlier we were not happy with the room that was provided to us ... But i must say that Makemy永安 team & Hotel Kashi Staff were so efficient & prompt to solve our issue & immediately helped us with another room which was absolutely as per our expectations. The Deluxe Room is very nice & clean. Service is also good. Property is near & convenient to all spots.

Due to confusion in date of booking I could not get the room booked. Though hotel person was kind to provide one room of the two booked, two person adjusted in dormitory. The money was wasted due to the confusion and I could not cancel even.

Not good. Towels not given and bad sheets not changed for two days. One small soap provided for 2 days for 2 person. Cleaning not done on the next day. The hotel is not on the main road. It is in a narrow street. Not hygienic.

Location of hotel is good near the kashi vishwanath temple however, it is situated inside the streats which was unable to find. No food available. Only towel & one medimix soap. No, tooth brush & paste, no shaving kits available. When we kept our luggauge in hotel after check out, bags was placed in the open in reception. Bags were not placed in secure place. So, it was not good experience. Cockroaches were found in the bathroom. Bed sheets were not clean.

Behavior of each and every staff member is rude even they were not ready to help their guest, environment is not at all welcoming. We stayed with my 4 month old daughter and surprisingly they started renovation work in the same floor and requested us to allow in our room too. My daughter really suffered for the smell of the thinner and as we know smell of paint thinner has a long term impact on children. The attendant behaved rude as we requested to change the bed sheet and the room was horribly dirty when the room was given to us
