Amazing location, friendly staff. We asked for early checkin and they were able to arrange the room. There is no restaurant but since it is close to the cliff so we can easy find restaurants. Overall it’s a good stay with amazing location.

no hot water, overpriced room, scam in the name of 'sea view'. There was no sea view from our room still they charged us the sea view tariff. Terrible experience.

Wonderful place and wonderful location. It’s located right at the midst of the cliff which is very convenient. Totally worth the value

В целом все понравилось. В частности отель паркует машины прямо на подходах к номеру. За номера с видом на море переплачивать не стоит, так как это не вид на море. С пятницы на субботу и с субботы на воскресенье быть готовым к очень громкой музыке до 2 ночи, в 15 метрах ночной клуб и это не регулируется никак.

Garden view cottage room looks like an old outhouse. Room ambiance is average. Bath towels are discolored. No chair and centre table. The b. Fast was provided after much persuation and follow ups. Heater was provided upon asking. Blanket was with out cover/sheet below. In fact, the accommodation was worth.

The resort is right on the cliff and has easy access to it, so location is perfect and rooms were clean and spacious and washrooms were updated and good, just need better service as the bed only had single thin bed sheet to cover ourselves and we had to ask for extra bed multiple times even though we booked for 3 people, if these minor services are updated it would be much better

The room i booked was not clean. There were insects and so-many black slug(an animal) in the toilet. When i asked for a clean room they charged me 1000 rupees more. My total expense for this stay gone too high, and not so worth it. Their customer service is really bad. The receptionist dont know the local language(malayalam) and didnt know english also. There is no mineral water in the room and we have to ask them for each and everything. Overall it terribly spoiled my 永安. Dont recommend this resort to anyone. Especially the garden view cottage is small, expensive and really terrible.

Very close to north cliff, clean rooms and decent furniture in the rooms. All the lovely restaurants in the north cliff are at walkable distance.

The room was nice, but the service was bad. Made me wait a long time in the afternoon heat to show me my room. They were fumbling around as if they didn't know what they were supposed to do, when i got there. I would like to book there again but the service needs to be improved.

This specific resort was located in northern cliff, the cliff and beach were very near from the resort. We've paid 4. 5k for one night for 3people stay. But basic aminities like mineral water and wifi was not there. You've to pay for everything in this resort. Room was spacious and good. They don't have food facility in this place. Otherwise a decent stay.
