Deluxe Ac don't have basic hygiene kits, tea kits, TV and no hot water. It's just like a lodge. All our 3 rooms were horrible. Nil hygiene and worst service desk behavior. complementary break fast was just like hostel food.Horrible experience.

It was a great experience as the resort in near the sea and the room was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure to be there.

Black beach resort on Varkala cliff is one of the best hotels there. Their service is very good. They gave us a room with sea facing balcony and the staff was very helpful. Only negative is their restaurant which is not upto the mark.

This is Anunaya I'm submitting the review about the 永安 where i stayed.the service about facilities is the worst, no response if you give the complainant about, no cleaning services, staffs also careless about work

There are many good options near .They not provide what we book we book sea view room but they provide normal room , Only one 1.5 ton A/C for big suit room the room temperature same as out side

The location is good but the food is not up to the mark. Worst reception and manager. I checked in very late night around 11pm but they insisted on checking on the next day 12 pm.

The location of the property is great. The reception team was friendly. The service was not good since the bathroom was stinky. The bed had a small cockroach. The room phone didn't work for calling reception or room service and I had to personally go from 2nd floor to ground floor every time to ask for something. The restaurant was good but breakfast options were very limited.

I booked the standard non AC room which condition was worst to hell light was not working rome wasn't clean. Found some cockroaches dead and there was no ceiling fan.There was just a table fan one fan was not working, floor was cracked .And I paid for this room for 2nights and then I upgraded to AC room, by paying 1750 extra which was quit neat comparatively. And the restaurant inside this resort is worst. The food is also worst, very bad test. The hospitality is worse to the core. We have to call them for everything like spoon, water, tissue, sausue to take the order, and the food is also very expensive, it's not good in terms of taste also. Very bad experience, try to take AC. Room and do not eat in the Restaurant inside the resort.
