最低の最低です TRIPで前払いで行ったらフロントには誰もおらず一生懸命探してやっと來たら英語も通じない　愛想も悪い 他に行けと言われ　前払いのお金も戻らない 今回の旅で最悪の思い出です

The hotel was the worst I have ever seen. The actual hotel did not match. they were unhelpful. The hotel manager and staff were extremely rude.

The room service is poor, the cleanliness is subpar, and hot water is not provided for bathing. Additionally, the tv has not been recharged.

I have been the continuous visitor of this hotel from last year '24 but still when i had a medical emergency and i had a booking from 29jan'24 to 31jan'24 so that i have requested for refund but the hotelier completely denied. Ridiculous

No one is responsible. No proper ambience at all. Rooms are badly odoured. Wash rooms and hot water is good. No towels and bed sheets provided. Pictures are not real.

It‘s an old hotel. It was clean and comfy, but the equipment is very old. There is no WiFi. It’s centrally located and not far from the airport.

Hote Karma Plaza स्टेशन से 50मीटर है कमरा बड़ी साईज के हैं A.C व PANKHA टीवी बहुत अच्छे working हालत में है 2 Cup-plate 2Glass 2 water bisleri अच्छा बिस्तर सफेद चादर व रजाई हैं अल्मारी में Locker होने से safety अच्छी है table chair two mirror footrest towel gesture no.one हैं होटल के बाहर खाने से लेकर आवश्यकता की हर चीज 10मीटर पर हैं money ka velueedouble समझियेगा भरपूर लाईट व पानी है Lift working हालत में है।
