Excellent location, all major attractions are around the corner. Very friendly staff. Clean and uniquely decorated room. The only downside is that the front desk isn’t 24/7 so when we checked in, there’s no help with the luggage for the 3 stories stairs.

在一棟歷史建築裡, 沒有電梯, 需要自行搬行李至2樓或3樓, 且走路時地板會發出聲音令人擔憂是否會垮掉, 不過還好沒發生 因為不是24小時櫃台, 入住前幾天, 飯店方就又再傳訊詢問我們幾點會到, 感覺很負責任 櫃台男服務人員很親切, 講解清楚仔細, 整個飯店很温馨

位置很棒，離船碼頭、歎息橋、聖馬可廣場超近，其他景點也都步行方便。房間非常乾淨温馨，櫃枱人員非常親切，笑容可掬，Locanda Al Leon非常值得推薦！

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Really helped us all the way. Would recommend people to book near the train station instead - we spent 30 euros shelving our luggage there. Host was GREAT here though!

Lovely little Venetian hotel with equally lovely staff. Breakfast was simple and the coffee was great. All affordable priced for Venice. The only issue was the level of noise coming from the old floors and stair case. We could only sleep once all other guests had stopped moving around.

The room is really clean and has a nice smell, the view was good on the street that I like it. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The location is 5 minutes to San Zakaria place and really good to get around. Every day during 2 days we stayed they cleaned our room. It was a nice hotel with nice guys in the front desk. And I had a comfortable stay during my 永安. When we arrived we couldn’t go to the room as their policy was from 2 pm but we arrived 30 minutes earlier. They accepted our baggage and before we back to the hotel they took it to the room. I have to say thank you, what a nice hotel.
