L emplacement est idéal,l endroit est plein de charme avec un jardin,situé à deux pas de l académie et du vaporetto Les chambres sont agréables bien décorées la salle de bain parfaite Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec un maître d hotel très aimable Je recommence chaleureusement cet établissement

When I booked online, I accidentlly placed the wrong date. After I quickly discovered the mistake a few minutes later, i placed a second booking for the correct date. I then sent the hotel a message explaining my error and requested a refund for the first booking. The hotel, after three contacts, refused to cancel my first booking. All these happened within a few hours from early morning to when they arrived to the office. I find that this hotel is oblivious to sympathetic requests from customers who are good travelers and do want to have a good travel experience. If good service is important to you, please choose elsewhere.

Clean room and okay location. Quiet spot and very hidden. Great service and good staff. Very standard breakfast. Aircon is not available when the temperature didn’t meet the need but mosquito can get in through the window .

We come to this hotel every time we are in Venice which is usually once a year. The place is perfectly located to reach all Venice destinations both on foot and by boat, easy and quick to get to the vaporetto stop which is only 5 min walk. The staff is great, friendly and helpful. Only one negative note on one of the breakfast staff which was rude, but whatever. Rooms are beautiful, comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast buffet is great. Will keep returning for sure.
