This place is off the beaten path but, worth it if you’re looking for a more relaxed environment. Service was perfect, staff was so helpful & went over and beyond and the hotel is so trendy and cute. This is a must stay I would recommend this to anyone!

The hotel is beautiful. The only person who was super helpful was Matteo at reception. The cleanliness of the room was ok but could be better at the details. The restaurant is lovely and the staff and chiefs accommodated for our dietary requirements.overall ok stay

A fantastic place to be on the island of Murano. A 5 minute walk from the waterbus station of Murano Navagero and near to all what Murano has to offer. The room was modern and comfortable, the breakfast varied and the hotel a hidden gem. The staff are accommodating and nothing is beyond their reach. Yes, you are not on the main island, but you are only a 20 minute ride away as you experience life on the water. If you have a few days in Venice, I would highly recommend this hotel as you stay in comfort and affordability away from the expensive traps of the main island.
Mooi, modern, luxueus hotel op enkele boothaltes van de stad, al is Murano een stukje Venetië op zichzelf. Ruime comfortabele kamers, verzorgd ontbijt ( door de verscheidenheid van Italiaanse koffies geeft het soms wat ongemak).
Spijtig dat de sauna slechts open is in voor- en namiddag, terwijl na een dagje Venetië een saunabeurt aangenaam kan zijn.
Unique hotel located in Murano, but also because of this, location wise is not as good as if it is located in the main island of Venice. That said, if you wish to stay in Murano, will highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing time staying in NH Collection Murano Villa. From the helpful staff to the fancy and comfy room, everything was great. We booked a superior double room which had all the bits and bobs you need for a vacation. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. The waiter recommended all the best dishes we should try and we loved all of them. Bit pricey but worth it. Definitely recommend if you're visiting Venice and planning to stay in Murano.
