The staff at Dona Palace were so friendly and helpful. The garden area for drinks is a real bonus, has it's own boat docking pier which means you can easily see all the gondolas going by. The room was lovely too, with plenty of room and we had a lovely view over the garden area. Breakfast was fabulous, a good range of continental style options plus hot options as well, the staff covering breakfast were also lovely and friendly. Very quiet, couldn't hear other guests moving around at all. Very close to San Marco Piazza and plenty of shops and restaurants close by and within easy walking distance. A wonderful 3 night stay, would definitely stay there again.

We had a terrific time in the executive room with terrace and hot tub. Amenities were excellent the ground floor terrace bar looking over a canal where gondolas pass was terrific, service at the bar was a little slow. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

Kesinlikle muhteşemdi...Konumu ,otel hizmetleri resepsiyon çalışanları ve barmen arkadaşımızın ilgisi çok samimi davranışları yardımları unutulmaz kıldı tatilimi.Otelin manzarası kanal kenarı olması bahçede bir şeyler içip o sakinliği yaşamak kalbimi orada bırakarak dönüyorum.💞 En kısa zamanda tekrar dileğiyle herşey için tesekkürler🙏

大坑！ 酒店不大，但是中央一個開放式的酒吧營業至午夜。我入住那晚，一幫人（北美口音）酒後大聲喧嘩，長達一個小時。直到我打電話給前台投訴才收場。酒店是讓人休息的吧！

Staff were very kind and helpful with recommendations. Room was amazing! Breakfast spread was huge and very tasty :) We love the location too, 7min walk to water bus places like San Marco G and Rialto. Very walkable to famous landmarks, and many food and shops around.

位置絕佳，步行去聖馬可廣場就一分鐘。。。進出酒店去機場或者火車站可以有水上出租車的碼頭，很便捷，省去拖行李之苦。早餐尚可，空調很足，這點在意大利的夏天很重要。

馬桶便池一圈發黴，晚上衹有一名前台人員無法提供清潔，所以需要客人自己做清潔，糟糕至極！酒吧帥氣的Alia非常好，積極提供職責之外的幫助！

サンマルコ広場まで徒歩5分位の立地でこじんまりとした可愛いホテルで良かったです＾＾ただ、部屋のミニバーのドリンクを飲もうとしたがオープナーが無くて飲むのを斷念しました。朝食のテーブルが小さいのと、歯ブラシをオーダーしないと部屋になかったのが殘念でした。 その他は良かったです^ ^ ガーデンがとても可愛かった！
