Was supposed to stay at this hotel 4/6/25 for one night arrived at the hotel the member of the staff was lovely behind the counter. I head up to the room and found the state it was in including stains on side of bed. Mold and brown dirt in the shower area burn marks on carpets and excessive amount of dust everywhere. I went to reception and rejected the room photos attached to this review. The member of staff sorted me out with another one that took was no better decided to leave and seek another hotel. I have attempted to speak with the property but have had nothing back about receiving a refund for this stay. Would not recommend at all staying at this property the whole place seems run down and in maintained.
