Lazenda Hotel offers a basic yet comfortable stay with a convenient location, especially for those who want to be near town. The room was clean and met expectations for the price point — nothing fancy, but decent for a short stay. However, the hotel has been experiencing system issues lately, which caused noticeable confusion at the reception. During my stay, there were some unfortunate cases where guests were refused check-in due to booking or system-related errors. This kind of hiccup can be quite stressful, especially after a long journey. The front desk staff did their best to manage the situation, but it was clear that the hotel needs to urgently improve its internal coordination and reservation system. If you’re looking for a no-frills place to stay in a good location, Lazenda can still be an option — just be sure to double-confirm your booking directly with the hotel before arrival until they sort out their system problems.

Clean room, bed and pillow so soft, strategic location, close with supermarket, restaurant, club, etc. But on weekend bit noisy, depend on your room wing. Overall good place to stay.

Attended a function at the hotel so for convenience booked a night there too. Was a trouble free stay. Very practical and clean. Banquet and function was well handled and credit to Rachel for running the banquet smoothly. Establishment is near local Indian eateries so easy to pop out for a quick late night bite or drink.
