前台服務很友好，房間衞生整潔，另外購買了賓館的早餐，20歐元的早餐品類較少，賓館沒有停車的地方，開車的話要注意停車問題

Very spacious and clean room equipped with a lot of amenities. Everything is well maintained. The only complain is I do not seem to find CCTV in the fitness room (which located in the basement), so I’m a bit reluctant to use it.

就在歌劇魅影的劇院對面，如果看歌劇魅影住這裡很方便！位置也算方便，距離維也納西站不遠，酒店裝潢不算新，但也是整潔的。

I recently stayed at Hotel Mercure Raphael Wien and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk from Westbahnhof train station and right across from the Mariahilfer Straße shopping street, making it easy to explore Vienna by foot or public transport. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, good lighting, and a spacious bathroom. Soundproofing was decent, so I slept well despite the central location. What stood out most was the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. They were always willing to assist with directions, recommendations, and even helped me arrange airport transport.

Неплохой отель, от вокзала мин 10 пешком. Ресторан работает только на завтрак, цены на мини-датчик как везде в Австрии. Вода 3 евро( отдельное спасибо Александру, всегда помогал с вопросами.

We stayed in room 302, and while the room was nice, the toilet smelled terrible. I had reserved a double bed, but the hotel gave me two single beds that they simply combined and called a double bed. The room service was disgusting because they did not change the towels; bring your own towel, and they only provided tap water. The staff were unhelpful. We stayed for three nights and had a terrible experience. We will never come again.

Value for money hotel. On the plus of the hotel, really friendly staff, provided free slippers even though not included in the room amenities. Breakfast had lots of tasty options, while the Christmas decoration was fantastic. Area is quite, has a theater right next to it and a couple of restaurants and a supermarket right in the corner. Clean room. On the cons, there is no English channels in the TV, while TV has not mirage with phone or any other option for non German speaking. Overall clean and cozy warm room, furniture has some damage but not something I really bothered much. Location is not that central but local transport is really organised so we didn't bother. Minimum 3 minutes walk to nearest bus/tram. 6 minutes walk to metro. Overall fantastic experience, I would choose it again
