挺好的 樓下地鐵站 很方便

房間乾淨整潔，奧地利的水質據説很好，前台説沒有礦泉水，可以直接drink in the room，離車站比較近

Bel hôtel, calme. Personnels à l’écoute. Sa situation permet de se rendre dans le centre de Vienne très rapidement car à seulement 2 stations de métro

خدماته سيئة رفض يدخلونا قبل وقت الدخل بساعه مع ان الغرفه جاهزه واجبرونا ندفع لا يوجد بالغرفه حتى ما للشرب ولا سليبر ولا اي اغراض بالحمام وطلبنا مكوى لازم تأمين 50 يورو وتنزل تجيبه وترجعه ولو تاخرت عن ساعه ما رجعته خصمو من التأمين

房間很好，入口不好找，c 永安 的酒店定位是錯的地方，還要步行半小時左右。

Rooms are cleaner and spacious; however, I didn't see any difference with a one star hotel: there is no kettle, no mini fridge, no ironing board, no room service, ... and there were signs of mold in the bathroom! Pretty basic to be classified as a four stars! I complained to the reception and got an answer that the only manager was on holiday so nobody else could handle my complaint until her return, which was another more week apart... Shocking! There is not even a delegate management in a four star facility!! The only good note was the beautiful Christmas decorations and the breakfast which was truly outstanding (but it is paid separately). For the rest a very disappointing experience for a four Stars! The manager has not yet addressed my complaint which is already longer overdue... I have to send a big thank you to 永安 for helping to resolve the issue for me despite several unsuccessful attempts also from their side to contact the hotel... I've never experienced such poor management and customer service from a four star hotel!

Excelente desayuno y estancia.

Pulizia e climatizzatore perfetti. Posizione comoda ai trasporti e per i collegamenti per aeroporto. Camere ampie e confortevoli e bene arredate. Note negative per un quattro stelle la mancanza di frigobar e bollitore per caffè/tisane. Il personale del bar potrebbe essere più veloce e competente

Die Zimmer waren sehr staubig , meine Frau musste als Husten, weil sie eine Stauballergie hat …!  im Badezimmer ist die Farbe schon abgeblättert und der Putz kommt schon runter…! Das Bett war sehr hart, habe Rückenschmerzen bekommen. Aber die Mitarbeiter vom Frühstück waren sehr nett …!! 

Sehr Empfehlenswert!!! Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen und modernen Gebiet. Nur 5 min zu Fuß erreicht man in die U-bahn Station. Das Zimmer war groß und modern. Frühstück war auch Top!
