The staff at check in was so low energy and didn’t acknowledge our presence when we arrived and stood at the desk waiting. They didn’t say hi or ask us any questions. They just continued to converse amongst themselves across the desk we were standing at and didn’t look at us for a while. It seemed like we burdened them by even coming to check in. They didn’t offer much information about the stay or check in process without us having to ask.  The room was basically ok but the bathroom pipes smelled like sewage so kept the bathroom door shut.
