酒店位置距離維也納西站5-6分鐘路程，非常近，前台員工態度專業，盡心指導旅遊路線，房間寬敞，設施齊備。

Location is great, 5 minutes off Westbahnhof. However, the room was not up to standard. It had disastrous ventilation. Windows and doors were not sound proof, we kept hearing people shouting on the street or talking in the corridor. Shower does not equip with anti splash thingy, thus water just flew everywhere on the floor. Hairdryer is extremely weak. Bed sheets were okay, but I saw a stain underneath. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

大床房房間不大，但是一個人住完全夠了，兩個人也算可以。乾淨整潔，位置方便，離重要火車站也就三四公里，早餐豐富，就是10：35的時候就有服務員敲門催退房了。

Great location. Misleading room information. Was told that room has 1 sofa bed and 1 double bed when we booked via 永安. Room was so small that it was hardly big enough for 2 singles which is what we got. Heating was central so we could not turn the heater aircond on. Was told that it was to be turned on our last night but that did not happen.

The recipcion was good,I would like to thanks manager of the hotel madam Elizabeth,she was very cooperative with us,in all things.and I advise any person when com to Vienna to stay in this hotel if I will com back to Vienna, sure I will reserve room in this hotel.

Hatte ohne Frühstück gebucht, daher kann ich das Essen nicht beurteilen. Sonst wirklich ein sehr schönes Hotel in toller zentraler Lage mit Ubahn alles sofort erreichbar Zimmer sehr schön und tolle Betten Boxspringbett Komme wieder
