這是我在東南亞住過最差的一家酒店，wifi差到無法正常觀看YouTube,房間內很臭，還有蚊子盯得我全身發癢.房間隔音差，中午隔壁還有裝修聲音非常吵，我住了3天，酒店從來沒有主動打掃過房間.

The hotel is located in the middle of the city, which is convenient, but don’t expect too much. The room is very basic — no chair to sit on and no mirror at all. The worst part was the construction noise early in the morning around 6:30 a.m., which made it hard to sleep. The breakfast was also too simple and served cold. Overall, quite disappointing considering the location.

We arrived at the hotel after an overnight train 永安 from Bangkok. Very tired. The receptionist Mhon was excellent with a quick check in and useful information. Unfortunately the room we were allocated was right above the hotel refurbishment and the noise was unbearable. Mahon to the rescue. We were allocated another quieter room.  Mahon helped us with taxis and money exchange. Average hotel but the receptionist Mahon  5 stars

I have mixed feelings about this place. First impressions when you arrive are nice but you soon start seeing the cracks in the walls after that. There is a lot about the overall construction and premises that could be improved or made safer. Definitely not for kids. There are holes and 永安 hazards around the pool and property which need urgent attention. Otherwise the staff are nice and there is an adorable dog which seems to be a part of the family there. The breakfast is simple but ample. The room is big and had an efficiently working shower. The place has potential but definitely needs a new builder or handy man.

The room is large. The bed is big enough for 2 people. All amenities are ok except for there is no chair for make up. Also there is no plug near the mirrors. The TV plug cannot reach to the plug.

Location is good and near everywhere. Breakfast is fine. Service and Views are great. The room door is need to be locked because older version. Bathroom is great but door is need to change because difficult to close. All are good and friendly.

The good : location was pretty good, staff was terrific, shower was very good, as was breakfast. All was quiet and a good nights rest is almost a certainty. Amenities were better than many hotels. The only (bad) was the shower lol. Make sure you start cold and adjust to warm, NOT hot to cold or you were probably burn yourself lol. No joke on how quickly it turns to HOT. Out stay was very pleasant and staff were wonderful

We loved staying in this Hotel. The dorms are comfortable, nice and clean. It has a perfect location to explore the city. It’s in the center but it’s still in a quiet street. The stuff are so lovely people. They help you out with everything. Thank you and we hope to come back some day :)
