Decent location 2km from city centre and convenient enough to commute to. You get less street noise in return. The check in was smooth. The room was clean and quite spacious when compared to the ones in city centre. Wifi was very weak in room (3rd floor) but decent at reception. Overall, I recommend Souvanna 1 for those who are looking for a quiet and spacious place.

I like their location, it is near the market. I think the room is comfortable enough to me. Staff was helpful.

There was a mistake with our booking so we got told to go over the road to stay in the other hotel, man on reception was nice and apologetic about the mistake. The hotel was fine for one night, good shower and comfy bed. Big issue was when we woke up and opened the blind we saw there was a hole in the window mesh, so mosquitoes easily can get in. The air con was good though so luckily we didn’t get bitten. Would recommend for one night for the cheap price
