Have booked Hotel through app. Have selected with breakfast option for 2 adults and 2 kids. Unfortunately when we were having breakfast the Hotel staff asked us to pay got both the kids saying the booking is only for adults. This should have been informed while checkin itself so that i could have been prepared. It was an embarrassing situation for me when the staff informed infront of my family. They were ready to walkout without having breakfast. I had to manage them saying that I will pay for the same. They did not enjoy the breakfast as the experience was unpleasant. Hope make my 永安 will take care of such situations in future.

Just a few drops of soft drink was split-ed on the bed. The manager is asking 10000 for it. And he blackmailed me also

rude and incompetent reception, do not help with medical services and charged a huge amount for a missing key. habituated to charging extra for everything and less than hospitable for additional requests
