This is a great little pet friendly hotel right off I20. It’s a great value for the price. Breakfast is cold cereal, hot oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, toast with butter and jelly, coffee, packaged muffins, chocolate covered donuts, powdered donuts, and 3 different juices. The pool looks nice and clean, but we didn’t have time to use it. There were a few cosmetic problems that were minor. Things weren’t “pristine” but they were definitely clean, comfortable, and at a very reasonable price. We plan to stay here every time we travel to western Georgia.

The only problem we had was the door lock wasn’t working properly, so we only had one key. The manager remade keys several times and none of them worked. It’s was a holiday weekend, so they weren’t able to get the locksmith to come fix it. The service was fine. Employees were attentive. The breakfast food was ok. Cold cereal, bananas, juices, coffee, toast, bagels, powdered and chocolate donuts, muffins. The room was clean and everything, except the key, worked properly. I paid my deposit in cash and was able to get it back at checkout. We have family in the area and travel with our little dog. We plan to stay here again. Very reasonably priced.

A lot of minor problems during the stay which were mostly addressed by the manager on duty. But I was charged a deposit which I was promised would be refunded within a few days. It’s now been over 2 months and still nothing. I’ve called 2 different numbers to try to talk to them about this and keep getting disconnected. It was an ok experience to begin with but after this deposit problem and NO ONE being available to even talk to me about it, I would NEVER stay at a Super 8 or Wyndham again. If anyone can contact me to resolve this matter, I will change my review. Otherwise, 👎🏻.

Nice hotel compared to other Super 8's. The first room I was given smelled like wet dogs, and the second was better but not great. Several restaurants nearby, and conveniently located right off i-20. I feel like it is over priced, for what you get. & Given the fact that you have to pay for the breakfast even though it's just cereal, muffins, toast, pastries, ect.
