全景酒店 (Hotel Panorama)

早餐不豐盛，但地理位置極佳，也沒有任何的客房服務，樓上景觀可以看老城區

Останавливались в этом отеле на одну ночь. Очень красивый, обновленный и компактный номер. Прекрасный панорамный вид. Самый главный его плюс в расположении, всего три минуты и вы на вокзале. Будем останавливаться снова!

I do not recommend staying there! I booked a room because the description said it had a view of the old town. Of course, the room turned out to have no view because it was on the opposite side. In the evening, when we came back from a walk, there was no hot water and it was terribly cold in the room. The staff at the reception desk changed our room and we had to move to another room at 2 a.m. (they said they had a meeting and the rooms furthest away might be without water, as 70% of the hotel was full). They gave us a heater, which blew the fuses in the room when we plugged it in, so we had to go back to the front desk to have the electricity turned back on. It turned out that we couldn't use the heater they gave us. There is no parking at the hotel, and public parking costs €2.50 per day, as the hotel is located in a red zone, but there is a train station opposite the hotel where parking costs €1 per day, as it is in a yellow zone (and is free from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.). Thanks to the staff member who told us where to park. Overall, the staff were very helpful, trying to solve problems at 2 a.m., changing our room, and looking for a heater! Thanks to them, the young staff tried to cope with the old hotel. The rooms themselves are old, there was no cleaning service, we threw our towels on the floor in the morning as instructed in the room, and when we came back in the evening, they were still lying dirty and wet on the floor... The pillows are terrible, absolutely thin. Breakfast was okay, there was something to choose from, but the juice was diluted with water concentrate and tasted disgusting. The hotel is in a great location, close to the old town!

Good place to stay in Vilnius… Near to the Old Town and Train/Bus station… The breakfast is amazing… Love the biscuits… Fresh fruits… The staff Were friendly and nice… Good Job !!

第一天無熱水洗澡，説市政停止供熱，水渾濁的，噪音太大，一側馬路，另一側建築工地，一早就開工，早餐豐富，在車站對面，地理位置好，推行李可到達車站，樓頂可看舊城遠景，體驗太差

辦理入住時前台態度差的要死，一個很年輕的男孩。酒店房間連礦泉水都沒有提供。衞生很差，房間很小。位置是唯一的優點。早餐還可以。

Nothing wrong per se! Great location. Helpful reception staff. Miserable atmosphere. Bit like staying in a migrant hotel in the uk I’d imagine. Except with paying. Lots of coach parties here filling their pockets with fruit & breads at breakfast. Breakfast is very, very busy. Always did manage to get a seat but more good luck I think. Comparatively expensive in comparison to other similar places. Room was clean, no air con. Very dated shower room.

Ich fahre seit 13 Jahren in das Panorama Hotel.Es wird immer schlechter von Jahr zu Jahr.Extrem kleines Zimmer,man kann sich kaum bewegen und seinen Koffer öffnen,primitives Badezimmer, Badwanne verdreckt,Bettzeug alt und kaputt.Frühstücksaal laut und die Tische nicht sauber und klebrig.

Our second time at this hotel. Love the clean and comfortable bed room with best location, the bus station and train station station just 100 metres opposite the hotel. The breakfast was great too. Highly recommended.

5 min walk from Vilnius bus or train station. Very convenient. The standard room is the old rooms, clean but old style. Only shampoo is provided. A small desk, side table and tv. Room is small. No change in breakfast menu. We ate for 6 days, boring. Service is just average, could be improved, didn't clean room though we put the sign at the door.
