Air conditioning wasn’t working. Wasted more than hour to change room. No discount/compensation given even if room wasn’t changed. Rest all good.

As such no significant issue with the service and accommodation. However the space in the room is very less and poorly ventilated. I shall have a second thought while booking the hotel next time given the price range.service can be improved but the staff team is very good.

Bad experience i faced ever, Food was not good, Bad room service, Access card for the room is not working, everytime i wait 5 to 10mins for opening the door because someone from room service have the access card.

ac not working in one room and the other did not have the electronic lock working . evrytime we have to wait for someone to come and then open the door.

The staff behavior was good but the services they were offering pretty worst my room 301 ac is not chilling and room acces card not working everytime need to call or go to the reception to ask someone to open the room door from master card no basic amenities in the room like tooth paste brush sleeper so worst services i got

the stay was excellent with great food and services by all the employees of the Ginger. it was a overall WOW experience Jannat, Siva and Swami were no courteous and always on their toes to provide a top notch delightful experience to us.

Best hotel in the Gajuwaka region, we had a comfortable stay here. Good & professional front office team & they (Ms.Indhu sri) helped me a lot before 1 hour of my journey time by providing food,late check out and printing of some needful travel documents. This hotel has a good and hygienic restaurant with Excellent staff I promote restaurant Manager Mr.Rama Swamy & Supervisor Ramu they took care of me by providing food as per my selection in a polite manner. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
