We were quite disappointed with our stay at Dolphin. Despite being promised an early check-in and late checkout, neither was honoured by the hotel staff. We were asked to check out early, which was inconvenient. The food was repetitive, and to our shock, the idlis served were spoilt. Both my children fell sick after using the swimming pool — we noticed that some chemicals were added just before our session, which could possibly be the cause. We're still recovering from the aftereffects of the bad food and pool experience. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and left us with back pain the next morning, which further affected our 永安. The only positive was that, upon request, the staff allowed us to keep our luggage until 8 PM, which helped us avoid paying for an additional room since we had a late-night flight. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations, and we hope the management seriously addresses these concerns.

A la cart e food is expensive, in relation to the city vizag. Quality is good. This maybe same rate is same in mumbai or tier 1 cities having 3 /4 star hotels. Amenities, room size excellent. Only lighting to be improved near shaving mirror of bathroom for better view.
