Extremely kind,friendly and helpful staff especially at the reception counter. Room big,clean.Location extremely convenient.Will definitely recommend to traveller's who plan to stay in Visp.

It’s only good for a one night stay if not for the excellent location, clean room. No Air condition, no refrigerator, no tea kettle but a bottle of water and a nosy fan. Pillows are extremely big/high. Even I’ve window opened at the it still warm. (02/09) breakfast was okay and simple. I stored my suitcase so I can go Zermatt but no one at the front desk when I retrieve my suitcase, pretty much everyone can walk in to take any bags at the lobby/front desk.

The hotel is just right across the train station. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room is good except that there is no air conditioner. Breakfast is good with great choices. The staff are also helpful and friendly.
