Nostimon Emar (Nostimon Emar)

We got to the location late as we were sightseeing all day, when we arrived there was no sign outside to know where the place was. We looked around and couldn’t find the reception. Luckily another guest was returning and we asked if there was anyone around to let us in. He showed us where we could find the owner and straight away she was hostile with us.  She didn’t say hello, just kept staring at us. My husband told her it’s hard to find the hotel and told her there is no sign outside, she replied that she doesn’t want to be find!! Then showed us to a room that looked 100years old. I understand character is nice but this was just plain creepy! Nothing like the pictures shown on the booking! The owner then said as “it’s my business where have you been all day?” I told her we were sightseeing and came when we were ready, it was 10pm! She then told me about a €15 charge as it’s a 4 star villa! There was nothing about a €15 charge when I booked just €2.78, I explained this to her and showed her the confirmation but she just kept repeating this is a 4star villa it’s €15.  When she left I looked for the air conditioning remote and couldn’t find it. as she was leaving in her car my husband stopped her to ask were the remote was, she told him that the price we paid didn’t include air conditioning, I have never heard of this before!! All in all the worst place me and my family have ever stayed in, owner needs to learn some manners, the room needs updating and she needs to invest in a sign!
