Food is good Staff are not supportive The hotel is not accessible for using cab or car from 9 am in morning to 12 noon and 6 pm to 9 pm So we have to struggle with luggage as our cab can’t reach the hotel before 9.30 night Not suitable if we don’t have *** power to help us

My 永安 at Anand Castle was very pleasant. Everything about the property was nice. The staff were caring and accommodating. Even though we reached early, they were kind enough to allow us early check-in. I will definitely recommend visitors to the Holy Place of Vrindavan to stay at Anand Castle.
