A fantastic stay, the food was amazing, the staff very friendly and very professional. The room was very clean, the bar and restaurant is very busy and also has a great atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast , I thought was a good choice in sandwich form, alongside cereals and fruit juice, and a choice of tea or coffee. It also has good transport to Wakefield and Dewsbury. Ossett is also within walking distance and is a nice little shopping centre. There is a nice large seating are outside of the hotel.

The pub had a lovely local pub atmosphere. The twin room was adequate. The temperature was nice, and the bathroom and towels were clean. Mattresses weren't the most comfortable, and the tea/coffee provision was very minimalist. It was OK with continental breakfast included. I think it's probably worth £75 - £80 rather than the £94.50 charged
