品質套房酒店 (Quality Inn & Suites Warren)

This hotel is clean. The hotel breakfast includes waffles. Cereal, oatmeal, coffee,tea. No muffins or bagels. I just wish there was more variety, for breakfast. On our first day, we didn't get clean towels. We were away all day. We went to the front desk to get clean towels. The lady informed us that we needed to request towels. I was under the impression that housekeeping does this every day. They left an envelope on the desk, in the room with a handwritten note, that had "tips for housekeeping." We did have clean towels, and the garbage emptied after we had to ask for towels. Customer service has really gone downhill, not just with this hotel, but others as well.
