總體來説性價比ok，各項設施齊全，服務周到。夜裡抵達酒店還可以安排免費的接機出租車。總體感受很好。酒店的餐廳漢堡還不錯，值得品嚐。

Das Hotel liegt in sehr guter Lage zum Flughafen (Erreichbar per Shuttle oder Bus). Der Check In war freundlich und schnell. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und komfortabel. Auch das Bad war nicht zu klein und bot alles Nötige (inkl. Haartrockner). Zudem gibt es ein kostenloses Frühstück, welches nicht nur kalte, sondern auch warme Speisen wie Rührei, Kartoffeln anbietet. Sogar Waffeln kann man selbst im Waffeleisen backen. Gerne werden wir dieses Hotel wieder für unseren Aufenthalt am Warschauer Flughafen nutzen!

Very disappointing stay – does not meet Hilton standards We travel to Warsaw at least twice a year and usually stay at Airport Hotel Okęcie, where we are always very satisfied. This time, as it was fully booked, we decided to try Hampton by Hilton due to its proximity to the airport and the offered shuttle service. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. – The reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. There was no greeting or effort to make guests feel comfortable, which created a very cold first impression. – The room was very small, with an unpleasant smell. The chair was broken and stained, the beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows were tiny — not suitable for adults. The overall condition of the room felt outdated and poorly maintained. – Dinner at the restaurant was shockingly overpriced for the quality. We paid almost €50 for a Caesar salad with five shrimp and a burger. The food was bland and of poor quality, far below what one would expect from a Hilton brand. – Breakfast was even worse: extremely limited choice and very poor quality. The scrambled eggs had a strong fishy taste, making them inedible. We only managed to have some yogurt before leaving. We have stayed in many hotels across Europe, but this was, sadly, the worst experience so far. The standards here do not reflect Hilton’s reputation. We would not choose this hotel again, even for free.

공항에서 가깝고, 픽업 서비스 있고 작지만 깨끗하고, 친절하고 조식도 맛있습니다. 최고입니다~~~

The hotel is decent and it provides breakfast. The location is good for travelers having to catch a flight the next day or arriving late. The hotel provides a shuttle to and fro the airport, which is very helpful. But you need to get in touch with the hotel to ascertain where in the airport is the shuttle.

It was very great experience staying in this hotel. The airport transfer was great as well, as complimentary since our flight arrived Warsawa already a bit late but driver of shuttle van was there and brought us to the hotel and helping loading/unloading ours baggages as well.. Receiptionist staff also really great and professional. Thank you Hampton by Hilton Airport Hotel Warsaw..🙏🙏🙏

機場到酒店有Shuttle Bus，提議先聯絡酒店問問上車位置，因為我在留言提供的位置等了很久也沒有車，原來是去錯上車地方！

説有車從機場接到酒店，根本找不到，打電話到前台詢問也沒人接聽，最後自己在機場打車去酒店，5分鐘路程，35波蘭幣，有點貴，Uber 才25波蘭幣左右。別想着走路去酒店，43分鐘左右。 早餐都不太好吃，勉強喝了一杯酸奶，拉肚子一整天，還胃痛，其他的食物也不太新鮮。 前台幫忙打印機票單，這個挺不錯的。 早上8點的飛機，酒店有免費送去機場，5分鐘到，很方便，贊！提前一個班小時去值機完全夠的。 房間有燒水壺，兩瓶水，毛巾，但沒有牙刷牙膏，自備最好，暖氣很足。 如果第二天趕飛機，非常推薦這家，離機場近，每半小時有一趟車送去機場。
