華沙NYX萊昂納多酒店 (NYX Hotel Warsaw by Leonardo Hotels)

從華沙中央車站有通道直接走到酒店所在的大樓，在冬天走路真的非常方便。 酒店早餐多樣化好吃，水果很大方的擺了一大桌，水果品種有五六種，對於喜歡吃水果的人真的很開心。 熱食有現煮的歐姆蛋、荷包蛋、炒蛋，有時提供波蘭水餃，不過甜的我個人比較不喜歡。 連續住了五天，值得推薦。

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel in Warsaw, and overall, my experience was very positive. One of the first things that stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. Every corner of the hotel felt fresh, tidy, and taken care of, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. The room I stayed in was beautiful—spacious, modern, and elegantly designed with a calming color scheme that made it a perfect space to relax after a long day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the lighting in the room was thoughtfully arranged, making it suitable for both rest and work. The hotel’s location is another big plus. Situated in the heart of Warsaw, it’s within walking distance to many popular attractions, charming cafes, and local restaurants. Whether you’re visiting for sightseeing or business, the location makes it easy to get around and enjoy the city. The only downside I experienced was the slow check-in process. The front desk service, while friendly and respectful, took longer than expected, which can be inconvenient after a long journey. However, the staff were professional and welcoming, which made the wait more bearable. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and comfortable stay in Warsaw. It offers great value, a peaceful atmosphere, and a beautiful room to return to after a day exploring the city. A solid choice for any traveler.

Easy 7 minute walk from the railway station in a quiet street. Huge mall nearby and a convenience stall across the road. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They very happily helped to book a Bolt to the airport. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.

As always- satisfied. I have tried few good hotels in Warsaw but I love NYX and already stayed there few times. Coming back to Warsaw soon and staying at NYX - can't wait! Great breakfast, very comfortable bed,spacious room (suite 1614). Perfect stay!

Top Lage, unmittelbar am Zentralbahnhof gelegen, den man zu Fuß und unabhängig von Wind und Wetter unterirdisch erreichen kann. Ein Einkaufszentrum grenzt direkt an und es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants und Gschäfte in der Nähe. Moderne Zimmer, zum Teil mit tollem Ausblick in Richtung Kulturpalast. Immer wieder eine gute Wahl, auch durch die gute und schnelle Anbindung an den Flughafen.

The location is the best. It's downtown, close to the shopping center Złote Tarasy as well as the Central railway station. The building is new and there is a observation deck. The facilities are new and the only thing I didn't like was the sliding door in the washroom. Car rental is also available in the same building.

직원분들 교육이 필요할것 같습니다 체크인 시간보다 조금 일찍 도착했는데 체크인 시간되어야 방을 준다길래 로비에서 기다리기로 했으나 제 뒤로 온 손님들은 바로 보내주더라구요.. 저게 뭐하는 짓인가하고 기다려봤는데 손님 없으면 3명이나되는 카운터 직원이 카운터 비워놓고 사무실(?)에 들어가있고…직원 교육이 안된듯.. 방을 배정받았는데 트윈침대라 카운터에 문의했더니 붙여쓰면 퀸침대라고…간혹 모텔수준 호텔에서는 있는일이긴한데 4성급호텔에서 이럴줄은 몰랐네요 싱글침대 싫어서 돈 더주고 퀸침대로 예약했는데 싱글침대 붙이라니… 분명 룸타입에 트윈싱글과 퀸침대 등급이 틀린데 이건 아닌거같습니다 장크기만 틀린듯.. 처음부터 퀸침대나 트윈싱글일 수 있다고 고지를하든가~ 나중에 얇은 퀸사이즈 요를 들고와서 깔아준다하는데 싫다했습니다 아무래도 제가 예약한 룸 타입 전체가 트윈싱글을 퀸이라고 하는것 같습니다 예약할때 주의하세요 위치는 좋습니다 역하고 가깝고 룸컨디션도 좋습니다 침대는 삐걱거리지만… 슬리퍼없고, 물은 1개는 생수, 1개는 탄산수.. 다회용기는 무슨 올인원제품으로 있습니다 샴푸,린스, 바디워시 나눠있지 않아요 편의점 근처에 있고, 사무용건물이 옆에있어서 그런가 조용합니다

很一般的酒店，地理位置不算特別發方便。 酒店前台位置很小，房間樓層走廊夾着紅藍的燈光，年輕人的風格，房間裏窗簾槽也有紅藍LED燈帶。整體給人感覺-雜… 房間條件一般，衞生條件也一般，還好訂了一個晚上，下火車就推着行李過來了，第二天果斷換酒店，不值這個價錢。想着下火車晚了不想走遠在酒店裡吃，但真難吃又貴…
