The experience was terrible. The front desk and cleaning staff had a very bad attitude. The air conditioner was extremely noisy, and there was no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom. I asked the front desk for a clothes rack, but it was never delivered before I checked out. Truly an awful experience.

Really private hostel (they have curtain for the bed), good lobby space, far from metro but near bus station, many restaurants around there, price is a bit too expensive

酒店安排的房間一開始房卡刷不開，更換房間後安排的床位衞生未清潔，去了三四次前台才給解決，不是獨自出行/預算充足的話還是住個正常酒店吧，位置離地鐵略遠，其他的還好

It was nice and clean. I enjoyed the stay. You can borrow a hair dryer at the front. Its location is quite a bit far to walk to the National mall but I enjoyed walking the streets. And all the roomates were very considerate and quiet. I appreciate that.

Very nice hostel! The bed was very comfortable, plenty of storage! Very very clean, Definitely would come back for the stay! However, would appreciate it if there was a hairdryer in the room or shampoo.. i didnt realised the shampoo needs to be brought on a poster inside the lift..
